Directions for use
Add one sachet (approximately 8 g) to 200 ml of water, mix well and consume. For adults.
Sweeteners and flavour
Contains non-caloric sweetener (INS 960, steviol glycoside) and natural-identical lemon flavour. No added sugar beyond the 0.02 g declared.
Important safety information
Contains black cohosh (Actaea racemosa). Black cohosh has been associated with rare cases of liver injury and should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid if you have liver disease or a hormone-sensitive condition, and stop use and see a doctor if you develop jaundice, dark urine or upper abdominal pain.
Contains ginkgo biloba. Ginkgo can increase bleeding risk and interacts with anticoagulants such as warfarin and aspirin. Stop use at least two weeks before any planned surgery.
Contains licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra). Prolonged use can raise blood pressure and lower potassium. Avoid if you have hypertension, heart disease or kidney disease.
Contains green tea extract, which provides caffeine. Consider this alongside your other caffeine intake.

A realistic note on results
Hair grows in cycles. Expect reduced shedding at around 6–8 weeks, improved texture at 3 months, and visible new growth at 4–6 months. If your hair loss is sudden, patchy or comes with other symptoms, see a doctor rather than relying on a supplement.
