Shipping policy

At NutraEase, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of your wellness products across India.

Processing time. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days across India. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping charges. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. A nominal charge applies to cash-on-delivery orders where that option is available.

Order tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress until delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may require re-shipping charges.

Delays. Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, regional restrictions, or courier backlogs during festival periods. We will keep you updated if your order is affected.

Damaged in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the package and product. See our Refund policy for how returns and replacements work.
