These Terms of Service govern your use of nutraease.co and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by NutraEase LLP, Office No. 3, Second Floor, Heera Complex, 5 Manhar Plot, Vidyanagar Main Road, Rajkot, Gujarat 360001, India. FSSAI Licence No. 10725998001178.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

2. Our products are food supplements, not medicines

NutraEase products are nutraceuticals and health supplements licensed under FSSAI. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied diet, a healthy lifestyle, or medical treatment.

Information on this website, including articles and product pages, is general information only. It does not constitute medical advice and no doctor–patient relationship is created by using this site. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition.

3. Product information and availability

We take care to describe our products accurately, including nutritional values taken from product labels. Formulations, ingredients and packaging may change from time to time, so please read the label on the product you receive before use. Where the label and this website differ, the label applies.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order, at our discretion.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. Where a price was clearly incorrect, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete card details.

5. Orders, shipping and returns

Order processing and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which allows a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to copy, scrape or republish its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product names, articles and design — is owned by NutraEase LLP or used under licence, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for what you submit, and it must be truthful and lawful. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.

This site may link to third-party websites, including scientific and government sources referenced in our articles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutraEase LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check this page periodically.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
