At NutraEase, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
