Probiotics (both tablets)
Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Limosilactobacillus reuteri — 10 billion CFU. The strains are named individually, which is what allows them to be checked against published research.

Directions for use
One AM tablet in the morning and one PM tablet at night, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Important safety information
The PM tablet contains 5 mg of melatonin. Melatonin causes drowsiness — take the PM tablet at night, and do not drive or operate machinery afterwards. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and can interact with sedatives, blood thinners, immunosuppressants and diabetes medication. Speak to your doctor before use if you take any of these.
The PM tablet contains 18 mg of iron, which is 94.74% of the daily requirement. Do not take alongside a separate iron supplement without medical advice, as excess iron accumulates in the body. If you also use our Iron Power Tablets, speak to your doctor first.
Contains soya isoflavones. Soy is a common allergen. Isoflavones have mild oestrogen-like activity, so consult your doctor if you have a hormone-sensitive condition.
Contains vitamin A at 80% RDA. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before taking any vitamin A supplement.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
A realistic note on results
Hair grows in cycles. Expect reduced shedding at around 6–8 weeks, improved texture at 3 months, and visible new growth at 4–6 months. If your hair loss is sudden, patchy, or accompanied by other symptoms, please see a doctor rather than relying on a supplement.
