Nova Vie ACV Gummies put apple cider vinegar together with five Ayurvedic botanicals in a chewable form. Two gummies give you 500 mg of apple cider vinegar alongside guggul, agnimantha and the three fruits of Triphala. There is no added sugar, no measuring and no vinegar to swallow.

Amla, bahera and harad appear in equal 33 mg parts. That equal ratio is the classical Triphala combination described in Ayurvedic texts, rather than three separate additions.
Why a gummy instead of liquid vinegar
Undiluted apple cider vinegar is strongly acidic, and repeated direct contact with teeth can wear down enamel over time. Most people also find the taste difficult to keep up daily. A gummy carries a measured 250 mg of apple cider vinegar per piece in a form that is easier to take consistently, which matters more than any single dose.
No added sugar, though not sugar free
The label declares 0 g of added sugar. The gummies are sweetened with maltitol and sorbitol, which are sugar alcohols, and they carry 28.6 g of naturally occurring sugars per 100 g from the fruit and fibre content. Sugar alcohols can cause bloating or loose stools in some people when taken in quantity, so it is worth staying with the stated serving of two gummies rather than treating them as a sweet.
How to take them
Two gummies a day. One container holds 60 gummies, which is 30 servings, so a container lasts a month. They can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.
